Although we didn't perform well in the technical part of this season, the efforts of my team and I were still rewarded with two awards for communication. However, that failure brought countless lessons for me and my team to improve in the future. On the other hand, the competition is not just about technical skills but also about lessons in collaboration and healthy competition across borders to solve global problems.

Approximately 40.5% of men and women will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lives. Cancer spares no one, including my extended family. Although I am not someone who is, was, or will be in the medical field, my friends and I shared a common goal: to create a solution that could aid in cancer treatment using the technical skills we possess. That is how the creation of our machine came to be.

Most natural science materials are written in English, so it's not uncommon for a science-loving child to be able to complete their science homework in a language that isn't their mother tongue. It was this passion that naturally fueled my drive and led to me earning this award. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, I was unable to compete at higher levels.

One of the most special awards I can mention is the ASMO award, where I won the Gold Award—the only time I ever got gold in all the competitions I’ve participated in. In other competitions, I only managed to get bronze, to the point where I now have 5-6 bronze medals and even earned the nickname: the "bronze god."
